This is a United States Specialty Sports Association, (USSSA), Sanctioned State Qualifier, qualifying teams to the USSSA State Tournament. Entry is open to all A, AA, AAA, and Major teams’. Each team will receive 3 coach’s passes.

Tournament Format

The tournament format for this event will be 2 pool play games followed by a seeded championship bracket. Pools are seeded by USSSA Points. Championship brackets are based on results from all pool play games, not classification.

Schedules Published and Notifications
Schedules are posted at www.ncusssabaseball.org by 8:00 PM on Wednesday the Week of the Tournament. Coaches and Spectators will be able to get live updates sent to your phone or email. In order to get the updates click on schedules then Sign up/Score updates.

Games 
Most teams play 4 - 5 games each weekend (weather permitting)

Items needed prior to playing:
1. Sanction your Team with USSSA online: All teams must be sanctioned USSSA before they can be entered in an event. If your team is not sanctioned USSSA for 2013 Season.

2. Official USSSA Roster: Your roster needs to be Posted on www.usssa.com the day before the event by 5PM. LOG IN USSSA.com and click on edit roster. Here you can add your Players and your Coaches. Coaches are added online so we can verify who will be in the Dug-out and they also are admitted free to games. We allow 3 Coaches per team.

3. Proof of Insurance: If you need insurance please purchase at http://www.usssainsurance.com  If you do not have proof of insurance at check-in your team is charged an additional amount:
            6U-12U $115
            13U-15U $145
            16U-18U $175
$250 deductible Insurance and Expires July 31, 2013. It is Cheaper if you do online yourself and prior to attending our event.

4. Birth Certificates: Original or Photo Copy, If your child was born in any other country other than United States your player must provide a Passport for Identification. Please have your birth certificates in the same order as your Official USSSA Roster. Please Highlight the date of birth with a yellow Highlighter. State issued Photo ID is acceptable.

5. Entry Fee and Monies: Bring Cash to the field to Clear any fee owed. You may also pay online with a debit or credit card.   LOG IN at usssa.com and click on view my schedule then choose pay by credit card. If you lost your ID and Password for USSSA simply Click on LOST ID and USSSA will Email your ID/Password. If your given a discount for the event we can go in and apply a partial refund on your Credit Card.

Online Check In is now available for this event.

What is Online Check-in?

Online Check-in eliminates the need for your team to show up in person before your first game by allowing you to complete the check-in process online. You will be required to upload .pdf files or images to the secure sincSports cloud. The event will determine which documents are required.

There is a $20 non-refundable fee.

You can sign up for messaging to keep up with pitching records and scores of games you can't attend.  Your family and friends at home can also keep up with your results.

Of course, we'll be posting the scores online ASAP and will show the standings and tie-breakers as the tournament progresses.
